Missouri Social Work License Options
License Renewal
All social work licenses obtained in Missouri are up for renewal after two years. The renewal fee is $65 and is to be made available to the committee in form of a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. All renewal applications must include proof of having completed at least 30-hours of continuing education, CE (must include 2 hours in suicide, 3 hours in ethics, and 3 hours related to diversity, inclusion, etc.). Note that, the committee recognizes a combination of correspondence courses, live programs, webinars, and publications in calculating CE points for license renewal.
