Scholarship Mission

To help students attain degrees in trade programs that are in demand.

Qualification Requirements

Applicant must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or have a GED; must be enrolled in an approved trade program at an accredited two-year college, vocational school, technical school, or other approved technical institute in the United States. Acceptable trade programs include: automotive or aviation technology, carpentry, commercial driving, construction, diesel technology, electrical technology, emergency medical technology, farming and agriculture, fire science and technology, heavy equipment operation, HVAC, machinery, manufacturing, marine technology, pipefitting, plumbing, and welding.

How Winners are Selected

Selection committee will consider the following: approved program and school, strength of recommendations, video content, short answer responses, financial need, completeness of application, overall ability to demonstrate a solid work ethic, and extra recommendation, if applicable.
