To generate and encourage philanthropic giving and manage funds to enhance the quality of education while building stronger communities.
Applicant must be graduating from KCC with an Associates Degree in the year of application submission; must earn the majority of their credits from KCC; must be transferring to a publicly-funded baccalaureate degree-granting institution as a full-time student seeking a Bachelor’s Degree; must achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; must demonstrate leadership experience, community and service activity and school involvement; must provide an acceptance letter from the college to which they will transfer; must show evidence of financial need.
Recipients are selected based on academic performance and financial need.
