To support students by giving them higher educational opportunities in order to learn and succeed.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and high school seniors; must be of Asian Pacific Island heritage (for most scholarships); must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents beginning full-time study at an accredited post-secondary educational institute in the fall; must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, leadership in extracurricular activities, involvement in community service, and financial need.
