To support the education of African American students from California.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be African-American students currently attending the University of California, San Diego (UCSD); or prospective African-American students enrolling at UCSD; must be majoring in the arts or humanities; United States citizens and permanent residents.

How Winners are Selected

Selection will be based on the student’s involvement in the community; and financial need.
