Applicant must be a Vermont resident seeking an undergraduate degree in social work or education; must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate financial need and community involvement and/or service.
