Applicants must work in mechanical repair industry; demonstrate an interest in self-improvement through management education; own or work for a business that as an ASA Collision division member in good standing. If an applicant is not a business owner, they must be recommended by a business owner.
Recipients are selected based on academic performance and demonstrated interest in automotive industry.
