Applicants must be one of the following: graduating high school seniors living in or attending high school in Rancho Bernardo or Poway who plan to attend an accredited four-year university; current community college students whose high school home residence would have qualified them as graduating high school seniors who will transfer to a four-year college/university; current four-year university students whose high school hime residence would have qualified them as graduating high school seniors; or current Interact or Rotoract members residing in the communities of Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos or Rancho Bernardo, CA and/or who attend Abraxas High School, Del Norte High School, Mount Carmel High School, Poway High School, Scripps Ranch High School, or Westview High School.
