To provide financial support to students who have the license for post-secondary education.
Applicants must hold an FCC amateur radio license; be a resident of NC, VA, WV, MD or TN; enrolled in an accredited four-year college/university (NC, VA, WV, MD, or TN) working towards a Bachelor’s of Science in any field of engineering; and have financial need.
Selection will be based in financial need of the applicants.
