To provide scholarships to outstanding students who have demonstrated a commitment to public service.
Applicant must be a public sector member of NYGFOA in good standing (dues must be current at the time of application and upon receipt of the award).
Selection will be based on academic records, demonstrated promise of completing a graduate level program at a high level performance, and evidence of intention to enter the field of public administration.
