To provide financial assistance for Coastal Bend students who are home-schooled and need financial aid.
Applicants must be a graduating home-schooled seniors or returning recipients from the CBCF seven-county service area or Calhoun County, Texas; must be members in the Home Schoolers Association; must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.
Preference will be given to first time applicants.
