To provide scholarship assistance to a Tri-Cities area students.
Applicants must be students pursuing career in the field of law enforcement and/or criminal justice.
Recipients are selected based on demonstrated academic excellence; financial need; leadership ability; community and volunteer service; creativity; and special circumstances.
