To provide financial assistance to Vermont residents pursuing post-secondary education.
Applicant must reside in a Housing Vermont-affiliated apartment or be the child of a parent/guardian who resides in a Housing Vermont-affiliated apartment; must demonstrate financial need, community involvement/service, and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on financial need, recommendation letters, and essay.
