To assist Ripley High School graduating seniors in their higher education pursuits.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must be Ripley High School graduating seniors or graduates attending accredited college or technical programs.
How Winners are Selected
Selection of recipients will be based on financial need and strong record of community service.
