To identify, recognize and reward exceptional spouses/caregivers to aid in their continued education at a reputable, accredited college or trade school as they assume critical roles in the financial well being of their families.
Applicant must be a spouse or caregiver of a post-9/11 service member or veteran who sustained a combat-related injury and/or has a 100% permanent and total VA disability rating (to include Individual Unemployability); must be a graduate student in a Masters of Social Work program.
Selection will be based on eligibility, commitment to succeed as indicated by academic achievement, personal goals, letters of recommendation, resume and an original essay response.
