Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from Fallbrook High School who will attend an accredited two-year college or four-year university in the U.S; have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Selection will be based on commitment to serving the community through involvement in community service, church or extra-curricular activities.
