Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who will attend an accredited two-year community college in San Diego County; must have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must be San Diego County residents; United States citizens or permanent residents.
Selection will be based on financial need; involvement in extra-curricular activities, church or volunteer activities or work experience.
