Applicant must U.S. citizen; must be a graduate student currently enrolled and seeking a graduate degree in human resources, labor and industrial relations, public administration or political science with a strong and documented interest in the public sector; National PELRA members are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to students currently working for a state, local, county or special district governments.
