Applicants must be students in grades 7-12 (ages 13 and up) who submit art works that explore personal grief, loss, and bereavement; must reside in the United States, U.S. military bases or territories, or Canada.
Entries are judged on originality, technical skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision.
