Qualification Requirements
Applicant must be legally blind; pursuing or planning to pursue a full-time post secondary course of study, and reside in one of the 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia.
How Winners are Selected
Selection is based on academic excellence, community service, and leadership.
