Applicant must be a graduating high school seniors residing within the zip codes of 92113, 92114 and 92115 or graduating seniors at Crawford, Morse, Lincoln, Hoover, San Diego High (in downtown San Diego only) and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year university in the United States, Have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, Have a demonstrated financial need, Be engaged in serving their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extra-curricular, work, church or volunteer activities.
Selection will be based on commitment to serving the community through involvement in community service, church or extra-curricular activities.
