Applicants must be currently attending an American college or university with a chosen field of study including course work in the areas of affordable housing and/or community and economic development. Applicants must also exhibit financial need.
Recipients will be selected based on the quality of their personal statement, financial need, grade point average and content of the letter of recommendation.
