To promote the values of local, free over-the-air broadcasting to the business community, governmental bodies and the general public in Montana; and to support the Montana broadcasting industry by providing services, information, continuing education, recruitment and a strong unified voice.
Applicants must be Montana students interested in pursuing a career in Broadcast Engineering.
Recipients are selected based on academic performance.
