To provide financial assistance to students who study may include sociology, law or education.
Applicants must be active National JACL member; must be planning to attend full-time college, university, or any other institution of higher learning within the United States at the graduate level in the fields of sociology, law, or education.
Preference will be given to students with a strong interest in human rights and civil rights.
