To provide financial assistance for graduating high school seniors within Minnesota Power’s service area who are active volunteers in their communities.
Applicants must be full-time high school seniors residing within Minnesota Power’s service territory who have a 3.0 GPA or above.
Applicants are evaluated based on community involvement.
