To provide financial assistance to graduating high school seniors planning to attend, or current students who are attending California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
Applicants must be a California state residents; must be graduating high school seniors and students currently attending a two-year college or four-year university; must plan to attend California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo in the fall or currently attend California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and plan to continue attending in the fall; must declare a major in aerospace, civil and environmental, electrical, general and mechanical engineering; must have a cumulative GPA of 3.33 or higher on a 4.0 scale (high school GPAs are unweighted); must demonstrated a financial need based on family income and access to other resources; must be actively involved in extra-curricular activities, community service or work experience.
Preference will be given to students with a high financial need, former military personnel and dependents of active military personnel.
