Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from Horizon High School and Cathedral Catholic High School who plan to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year university in the United States; have a minimum of 3.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale; attending an accredited four-year university in the U.S.
Selection will be based on involvement in community service and extracurricular activities such as sports and music.
