To support Latino/Latina students who are currently attending California Community Colleges.
Applicant must be currently enrolled in a California Community College; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA; must have completed at least 24 units of college work.
Preference will given to applicants of Latino heritage (one parent fully Latino or each parent half Latino).
