To provide an opportunity for people permanently confined to a wheelchair to attend college or technical school.
Applicants must be graduating seniors or current college students who are permanent residents of the CBCF seven-county service area; must be a wheelchair-bound individual or have a family member who is confined to a wheelchair, and be involved in sports competition and activities necessary for success in competition.
Applicants will be evaluated based on scholastic performance and financial need.
