Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; be graduating seniors from Garfield-Palouse High School in Palouse, Washington; planning to enroll full-time in an accredited public community college, four-year college, or career/technical school in the United States in the fall; have a cumulative unweighted 2.5 or higher GPA; be actively involved in serving their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or work experience.
