To provide financial support to graduating high school seniors or graduates of Doddridge County High School.
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or graduates of Doddridge County High School who have a minimum GPA of 2.25.
Preference will be given to students who have been admitted to attend a public college in West Virginia, and to well-rounded, hard working individuals with financial need who are not receiving substantial scholarship aid from other sources.
