Applicants must Students attending a four-year accredited college or university, especially those who intend to major in the social sciences or other areas where they will give back to the community from which they came.
Recipients are selected based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience, community involvement, recommendations about leadership and character, merit, financial need.
