To encourage the graduating seniors of Parkersburg High School to pursue their career in teaching.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from Parkersburg High School interested in pursuing a career in teaching and involved in extracurricular and/or community service activities; and must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and financial need.
Selection will be based on academic achievement or potential to achieve academically with evidence of financial need. Preference will be given to students who have displayed interest in foreign language study during their high school career.
