Applicant must have verifiable Iranian heritage; must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident; must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program in a degree-seeking program at an accredited institution in the U.S.; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA; must demonstrate a need for financial assistance and commitment to community service.
