To assist outstanding students who are pursuing a graduate degree in school library studies at the University of Northern Iowa.
Applicants must be paid members of the Iowa Library Association AND meet at least one of the following: Be attending their first ILA conference; Have worked in a Iowa Library for fewer than three years; Be a library science student.
Selection will be based on the committee criteria.
