To provide financial assistance to students pursuing associate, baccalaureate and graduate degrees in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Applicant must be enrolled as a student in a hospitality management or related curriculum; pursuing a degree; must have hospitality work experience; must demonstrate an interest in a career in hospitality sales and marketing; must be in good academic standing.
Recipients are evaluated based on Grade Point Average, Industry-related work experience, Presentation of application, Involvement in HSMAI, Responses to essay questions, Recommendations, and Extracurricular involvement.
