To provide financial assistance to undergraduates pursuing higher education.
Applicants must be a students associated with University College Ellsworth for the next three academic years; must be a resident of (in priority order): Hancock County, Washington County, and statewide; must also be in good academic standing and have demonstrated a seriousness of purpose with respect to their education.
Financial need; preference is given to support nontraditional students who have successfully completed either a College Transitions program or other preparatory work and have matriculated into a University of Maine system or Maine Community College program.
