To provide financial assistance to qualified law students intending to pursue their studies.
Applicants must be a resident, student, or graduate of a college or university in one of the following states: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana, Nebraska, or New Mexico.
Selection will be based on academic proficiency, extra-curricular achievement and demonstrated capacity for public service.
