To support graduating high school seniors from Snow Hill High School in their continuing education.
Applicants must: be graduating seniors at Snow Hill High School who have been accepted by an Accredited academic college program; have 2.5 GPA in appropriate course work indicating the students are able to be successful at the college level; have three or more year residents of Snow Hill area; be active in school activity, church, community and youth clubs; must have a good moral character.
Recipients are selected based on academic performance, financial need and participation in extracurricular activities.
