To provide opportunities for education, research and business development to members, including landscapers and allied businesses, that supply goods and services to those who grow, handle and retail ornamental horticultural products in Oregon.
Applicants must be junior or senior college students majoring in horticulture, landscape architecture or landscape construction who have graduated from an Oregon high school.
Preference will be given to a student from the Emerald Empire (Eugene) area.
