To provide a scholarship to students of civil engineering or environmental engineering seeking undergraduate or graduate degrees.
Applicant must be a student enrolled in a civil or environmental engineering program at a 4-year college or university; must be members of NEWWA and reside in New England or attend a college/university in New England to qualify.
Selection will be based on merit, character and need to members and student members of the New England Water Works Association, with preference given to applicants whose programs are considered by the Scholarship Committee as beneficial to water works practice in New England.
