To provide financial assistance to high school students for their continuing higher education.
Applicants must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend a four-year college or university; at least one of the parents (or guardians) of the student must be a current federal government attorney or federal judge and a member of the Federal Bar Association.
Selection will be evaluated based on academic record, leadership recognition, school and community activities and service, and compelling essay response (substance and written communication skills).
