To provide educational opportunities for graduate students in science, education, and engineering.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled in a research-oriented master’s PhD degree program at a U.S. institution; and pursuing studies in fields of sciences and engineering research and education supported by the NSF; must propose a location, host scientist, and research project that is appropriate for the host site and duration of the international visit.
Selection shall be based on the aforementioned applicants’ qualifications and compliance with the application details.
