To help Philadelphia area students attain undergraduate degrees.
Applicant must be high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire academic year; must also reside in Kent or New Castle counties, DE; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer or Salem counties, NJ; Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia counties, PA.
Selection is based on applicant’s demonstration of a well-rounded character: positive academic record, demonstrated leadership, commitment to school and community activities, and experience in a work environment.
