To provide financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to non-traditional students who are seeking degree completion or retraining at the University of Alaska in Anchorage.
Applicants must be non-traditional students and have graduated from high school who want or will attend at University of Alaska in Anchorage; must have worked prior to enrolling or returning to college, thus re-entering college to complete a degree or enrolling to retrain for another position in the workplace, and be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; must be formally admitted to a degree seeking program, and enrolled in the semester(s) for which the award is made.
Selection will be based on the applicants’ academic performance and application documents.
