Applicants must have graduated within the past 12 months or be enrolled at least half-time and making satisfactory academic progress in their final year of study in a graduate health professions program; must be US citizens, permanent residents or international students. International students require a Social Security number and a cosigner; must be 16 years or older at the time of application; must pass a credit check.
