To award exceptional young artists.
Applicants must be students in grades 7-12 (13 and up) who submit art works related to political or social issues; must reside in the United States, U.S. territories or military bases, or Canada.
Entries will be judged based on originality, technical skill, and emergence of a personal voice or vision.
