To assist and recognize residents of Charlotte, Shelburne, and Hinesburg who demonstrate uncommon commitment and service to their community and who are pursuing post-secondary education.
Applicant must reside in one of the three towns served by the Rotary (Charlotte, Shelburne, or Hinesburg); must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited school approved for Title IV funding; must demonstrate community involvement and/or service.
Selection is based on recommendation letters and essay.
