To assist members and their families in pursuing a college education.
Applicants must be residents of Michigan; be members or relatives of employees of one of the following organizations: Michigan Association of Police, Michigan Association of Fire Fighters, or Michigan Association of Public Employees. Must have not been convicted of any misdemeanors or felonies; and must be enrolled full-time at an accredited educational institution.
Selection will be based on academic achievement and potential, character, leadership, social awareness, career goals, financial need, will to succeed, and public service/community involvement.
