To provide a forum for research and education in the preparation, characterization, modification, and utilization of surfaces and interfaces in practical applications.
Applicants must be graduate students that will need to present a poster or talk during any Applied Surface Science Division sessions, plus an additional capsule (3-slide, 5-minute) presentation to the judges.
Selection will be based on the scientific merit and originality of students’ work.
